Joey Goldsmith has been in the graphics industry to for over 23 years which has helped him learn the tools used in modern digital photography. Frustrated with working with inferior images he sought to create his own and began shooting in 2004, quickly picking up trendy but tricky shooting and digital processing methods such as infrared and HDR. He gradually made leaps into family portraits to weddings to creative portraiture and eventually working closely with local designers, models and makeup artists. Now a fashion and creative editorial photographer, Joey uses Adobe products for his entire workflow turning out images that have gained attention from local, regional, national and international publications, blogs, photography websites and social media followers.
Adobe Photoshop was integral in the transition from design into photography and remains an invaluable resource at Nimlok Kentucky where he is Senior Designer.
